Monthly RV Park Rates

We are now sold out of Monthly Sites for June, July, August, & September.

Regular Full Hookup RV Site: $1700.00 per month*

Concrete Patio Full Hookup RV Site: $1800.00 per month*

All of our pull-thru and back-in sites have water, sewer, 50/30/20 amp electric, a private grassy area and picnic table.

*Monthly rentals are exempt from the Montana Accommodations Tax.

Additional Guests

All site rentals are based on double occupancy
Additional adults (age 18 or older)…$5.00 per night
Additional children (age 4 thru 17)…$3.00 per night

Pets

We have a beautiful dog walking area (not fenced) along the Yellowstone River with doggie pots available.  All pets must be kept on a leash and picked up after.

Internet Service

Our newly updated network consists of a fiber connection to the central hub where it is then distributed using state of the art Ubiquiti brand radios and antennas.  A basic level of service is included with the site rental.

Deposit/Cancellation Policies

Cancellations must be submitted by replying to your emailed confirmation letter or by using the Contact Us form on our website. 

Phone cancellations will not be accepted.

Deposits are $500

If you make a reservation for multiple months, your $500 deposit will be applied to the last month of your stay.

To cancel a monthly RV reservation you must notify Yellowstone’s Edge RV Park at least 31 days prior to the reservation DATE to receive a refund less a $250 charge. Your arrival date IS NOT included in this window.  If notice of cancellation is received less than 31 days prior to the reservation date, the deposit will be forfeited.

Deposits will not be rolled over to the following year.

No shows will be charged full rental charges for the time reserved.

ALL RESERVATIONS

Refunds will not be issued for early departures.

Failure to provide or providing false information, could result in forfeiting your site and deposit.  All must fit on your site as there is no additional parking.

Forces of nature:  Yellowstone’s Edge RV Park will not be liable for any change or cancellation of your reservation that is caused in whole or in part, by events or causes out of our control, including but not limited to acts of God, terrorist activities, pandemics, weather, fire or acts of war.

Nightly RV Park Rates

Pull-Thru and Back-In RV Sites: $93.00 per night*

Concrete Patio Sites: $103.00 per night*

*Nightly rentals are subject to a 8% Montana Accommodations Tax which is used to produce maps & travel guides and to enhance State Parks.
